Terms of Sale
Paper
Paper is a natural product, and there may be slight variations
in paper tone, brightness, and texture, even within exact batches, that should
not be considered defects. These variations are within industry standards and deemed
acceptable.
Ink and Color
Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to differences
in monitors, computer settings, and the actual printing process.
Order Cancellations
Once items have been approved and ganged for production, we
can no longer accept cancellations.
Reprint and Return Policy
Ad Pro Partners assures that our products are of good
quality and that measures are taken to eliminate defects in material and
workmanship. If there are
problems with your order, please get in touch with support@adpropartners.com within 30
days of receipt of the product. Due to the custom nature of our products,
factory authorization is required for any reprint or refund. In most cases, we
will need to receive a physical sample back to inspect the product(s).
Freight Claims
Once a shipment is delivered to the carrier, Ad Pro Partners
is not responsible for transit delays.
Shipping with Ad Pro Partners account:
If damage occurs during shipment, Ad Pro Partners will file
a claim with the carrier if our shipping account was used. Given the custom
nature of our products and the high setup costs for Less Than Minimum runs, a
replacement may not always be available and we may in limited circumstances
offer a partial refund in lieu of a replacement.
Shipping with Recipient or Third Party account:
Claims for "Third Party" or “Bill to Recipient”
shipments will need to be filed by the customer or the Third-Party account
holder. In cases where product
replacement is needed, customer will need to place an order and pay for replacements.
Please note that Ad Pro Partners prints on offset presses, which means
replacement runs of small quantities are not always feasible and the
replacement cost in many cases will be higher than the original unit price of
the order as a result.
